Fully adjustable for height and angle, removable padded cover. Very comfortable going up hills especially when the trike is set to a more reclined seat angle. Also a nice feature when relaxing at a standstill. Included with the neck rest is a light mount which provides a good place high up on the trike for fixing a "Seat Post" style light. (Light not included).

KMX typhoon is all black. Do you have any slick looking head rest to match the look of the typhoon? What do you recommend ?

Yes, the Catrike headrest fits the KMX seat very well.

This headrest will work on any 7/8" horizontal bar.
