The interior design of it is just un usable. The chain often jams and gets stuck while cycling through the clean. Two pieces of plastic stick out on the inside of the top piece is utterly useless and needs to be cut off. It's the reason why the chain often jams and gets stuck. Getting a Finish Line, or Park Tool chain cleaner is worth doing.

While I agree that the Park tool is better, we haven't had problems with this one.
