Velocity AeroHeat Wheels - Hand Built
Set includes rear wheel, and two front wheels. Does not include tires. If you order tires and tubes with the wheels we will mount them at no additional charge. From our Race review: "One of the most striking features of this trike are the hand-built Velocity Aeroheat wheels. They are black with black spokes and are perfect for handling the 100psi Schwalbe Marathon tires. While the standard aluminum WizWheelz wheels will accommodate high-pressure tires, I�ve always been afraid of bending the wheel with the tires at full pressure. The Velocity wheels are made to withstand much stronger forces. While riding the trike you can feel the difference when taking really hard corners. I found there to be no flex in the wheel even when taking extreme high-speed turns on two wheels."
Share your comments below: Do the brake rotor mount directly to the wheels on the front or is there a adapter of some sort in there? How are these trike setup as far as the disc brake on the front end goes? Posted by Shelby 09/17/2009 02:50:24 PM The rotor mounts directly to the hub.
