Can this kit be used on a child BMX style 20" bicycle? In the above picture it looks like there is a reaction arm for a coaster brake, yet one of the comments states that there is no caster brake; is this correct?

What you are seeing as an arm is actually the shifter mechanism.

I see that the kit includes the indicator chain (usually the shifting mech). If the arm is the shifter, is the indicator chain not necessary then? I've never seen a shifter arm on a SA 3 speed hub, do you have any photos of how this wheel is mounted on a bike/trike to demonstrate?

The arm just routes the pull chain.

Then kit looks like it has a "twist" shifter. Do you have a thumb shifter available?
