What size tube do I need for a 20x1.75 tire? I am still using the original tubes (6 yrs now) because I can't get presta valve tubes locally. I bought a set of 20x1.75 presta valve tubes via the internet 2 years ago and they were waaay too big. Don't want to make the same mistake and I really need new tubes.

Ashley, We have Cruisers by terra trike and have been fighting with our LBS, they say to use 20X1.25-1.50 PV tubes they sold me 6 of them and I don't think this is right.
what should we do?

The Cruisers come stock with 1.5 tires, so those tubes will work. But, they will be at their maximum size and offer less puncture resistance. For a 1.5 tire I would recommend a tube like the SV7 which starts at 1.5 and goes bigger. That way you have more rubber and more protection.
