What kind of speed increase will this 56T ring give me?

Assuming you have a 52 or 53T chainring with your current setup, this will give you approximately 2-4MPH more on the top end.

Can this be added to KMX Tornado?

You need a 5-hole 130 BCD compatible crankset to use this chainring, which the Tornado does not have. We do have replacement cranksets by RPM and Truvative that would fit the Tornado and allow you to use this larger chainring.
