JTek Bar End Shifter for Shimano Nexus and Alfine Hub Transmissions

Price: Starting at $79.95

Quantity:

THESE SHIFTERS ARE BACK IN STOCK!

NOTE: There is only one shifter, the picture above just shows both sides.

We thought the Shimano hubs were the easiest to shift anyways, but now it's even easier. This shifter clamps right to the top of your handlebar, so installation is a cinch.

The shifter comes with an inner shim and will work with both 24mm drop bars and 7/8" bars (standard on trikes).

Available as standalone shifter, shifter with bulk cable, or preconfigured cable. If you want us to preconfigure the cable please let us know either the cable length or which trike you will be installing it on.

We are now including a Jagwire Inline Cable Adjuster with each JTek Bar End Shifter, so setting up and maintaining your shifter is even easier!

The JTek shifter is compatible with both the Shimano Nexus and Alfine hub transmissions.

This is the coolest thing ever. I love the Nexus I got from you and have wanted a bar end shifter ever since I got it. Question for you: How hard is it to set up the cable if I want to do it myself? Not that I care about the $5, I'm just worried about getting it the right length:)

The cable is not difficult to setup, but you will need a caliper to measure the right cable distance. Basically, set up the cable at its most slack position and then the cable screw goes 101mm from the edge to the center of the bolt.
