These bags fit perfectly on Catrike's frames, and don't add much weight like a rack or other bags would.

The bags velcro around two different parts of the frame for maximum stability.

There is a bar velcroed to the bottom of the bags to prevent them from moving around and colliding with the rear wheel.

These Catrike Arkel Bags do not interfere with the rear wheel or any part of the chainline.

Nope. They are held inside the frame section.

Will these bags interfere with access to the pockets on the back of the mesh seat on an Expedition? I'm especially wondering about the larger (upper) pocket on the left side.

They do occupy some of the same area as the seat pockets, but they are still accessible.
