There are no gears with the Tritons. If you want gears you need a trike with a chain. Expect to pay $700 or more for an adult trike with gears.

Nice flames on the fenders. I might have to add some to my all black Expedition. It might not go faster but it'd look way cool.

Not this one, sorry.
We do have many other trikes that can be set up with an electric motor.

I want a recumbent just to ride neighborhood roads (less than 5 miles total) in fairly level terrain.....probably would like to use it to get the dog more exercise than I can provide.....so I really don't need the more expensive performance trikes at this stage of my interest/ability. My overall concern is that it be a durable and fairly maintenance-free product, of good quality. If necessary, I am willing to spend more for a good product. Can you (and your Triton customers) tell me what you have seen and experienced with the quality, durability,
and repairs on the Triton Pro (for adults) recumbent trike? Your honest and candid advice and observations would be most appreciated. Thank You!
