I love the clean chain line of this trike. Can one of the Staton motors and gear boxes be added to this trike. Thanks

We have outfitted the Path with a Staton motor using the Nuvinci transmission and a custom rack.

Would it be reasonable to try putting a 24" or 26" wheel on the back. What would be the implications for the torque on the gear set.

A mounting system for a larger tire is in the works.

Thank you guys ever so much for the Trike. For this old man, it is a new lease on life. and who knows, I might find a woman that fits into that medium sized t-shirt.

About getting out, lean forward, find one of the missing brake lock straps, grab the crank with the hand and allow the trike to pull you upright. Way cool. Great range of gears, I didn't get out of the granny gears yet. Bet I know why they are called that. Cars not only see me, they stop and inquire as what I am riding. I think sales will pick up from Salem, Or. Taking it to Silver Creek Falls this weekend. They have miles of bike paths. Just have to figure out the water issue.

Does the boom come off the Path Plus in order to send in and have the Schlumpf speed drive added (as stated above)?

Yes, it is very easy to remove the boom.
