Can an adult fit on this trike? The weight limit says 300lbs, right?

The Cyclone is definitely a kid's only trike. Even if you did fit on it, the gear range is probably going to be too low for most adults.

The Cyclone is a child's trike with limited gearing. This does not sound like the trike for you.

The Cyclone is a small children's trike so there is typically not a need for a head rest. The head rest that fits on the top of the KMX seat best is the Catrike version.

What would you recommend for a lighting system as there really aren't any goos places to put a good headlight?

A taillight can attach to the seat stay easily. There is no spot for a headlight, but kids shouldn't be out riding when it's dark right?

We bought clipless pedals (9/16)to put on my sons KMX Cyclone, but the thread is too big. What size is the pedal?

The Cyclone uses 1/2" threaded pedals.
