Can an adult fit on this trike? The weight limit says 300lbs, right?

The Cyclone is definitely a kid's only trike. Even if you did fit on it, the gear range is probably going to be too low for most adults.

Hi Looking for something which I can go distance with is this the bike? Another question is does this shimmy when you are going fast?

The Cyclone is a child's trike with limited gearing. This does not sound like the trike for you.

What would you recommend for a headrest?

The Cyclone is a small children's trike so there is typically not a need for a head rest. The head rest that fits on the top of the KMX seat best is the Catrike version.
