Idler: TerraCycle Return Idlers
The beautiful Sport Return Idler is a wonderfully functional idler that is very similar to our Elie Series Return idlers but in a more economical package. The same urethane band gives years of service with almost no wear. These idlers are durable, quiet and will improve most drivetrains when replacing hard plastic rollers that are stock on so many recumbents. ABEC series bearing, ballistic nylon side plates are beautiful and durable. No need to scrimp on cheap idlers when an idler this nice is available for such a reasonable cost. We generally recommend this idler for return side chains only and suggest our power idler for the power side chain for optimal performance and longevity. The Elite Return Idler is the famous TerraCycle return idler used in our kits. It is built to last for thousands of miles. We have not seen a worn out one yet! Constructed with a lightweight aluminum bearing carrier, industrial quality urethane bed to keep the chain moving smoothly and quietly. High impact ballistic nylon side plates keeps it light! Hybrid Ceramic bearing to keep everything rolling effortlessly.
