If you ever need to remove or change freewheels from your Nuvinci hub, this tool is invaluable.

Since the inner hub actually twists when using a regular freewheel tool it makes it very difficult to remove a freewheel from the Nuvinci Hub. This tool has the sliding bar that holds the inner axle while the outer portion twists the freewheel.
