Posted by Bald Baron 11/03/2008 06:51:47 AM The carrier sits back far enough that the rear door should open fine. What about a SUN RECUMBENT TRIKE??? Posted by KCM 05/24/2009 08:26:44 AM Yes. This will work with a Sun trike. I noticed the Wizwheelz trike has a double stack carier for two trikes. Is there one available to double stack 2 Catrike Expeditions? Posted by Rick 05/25/2009 01:34:30 AM We will have a double option for the Davert stands within weeks. Hey all - I am hoping to get our double Carrier out to yu all shortly - we are still testing before we go to market! but so far it looks great! design and durability...I will keep you posted- Davert Team - Nancy Posted by Camonan 07/08/2009 01:43:27 AM I have 2 terratrike paths. Is there something available to carrie both? Posted by jbig 07/11/2009 04:13:15 AM Stay tuned! Davert is working on a brand new addition to their carrier which will mount above and allow you to carry 2 trikes. Do they make a carrier that will carry a trike and a regular Sun recumbent? Posted by Bailyk 08/11/2009 11:11:43 AM Not currently, but an extension bar could be mounted to allow for that. Hmmm... I just assssembled, loaded and drove a short test on my new Davert carrier. I drive a Nissan Pathfinder and found my Sun T3 to fit inside the mirrors (I can barely see both the crank and the rear wheel) While I don't question the use of velcro and the alternate j hook pins (I drove with the thing at freeway speed for a few miles to test the movement in the rearview mirror - nothing moved with the exception of my mesh seat that I unclipped for the higher speed return leg), is there any upgrade for the wheelstraps or hold down J hooks? (similar to a rattler strap from yakima and possibly a threaded verses pinned J hook) Posted by K Buck 08/11/2009 08:34:56 PM Just got mine installed.... fit and finish are great! Thanks so much, J Posted by hodad66 08/20/2009 06:55:22 AM How about one that carries a std bike and a recumbent Sun trike? Posted by Herb 12/31/2009 10:20:16 PM To carry multiple cycles of different types we recommend the draftmaster racks. Take a look at those in our catalog section. Has Davert produced the 2 trike carrier yet? Posted by Grampagoo 01/24/2010 06:45:48 AM No, but we are working on our own add-on carrier to support a second trike. I have a trek adult trike. Will the davert rack work for it on a Rav 4? Posted by Marge 03/20/2010 03:31:26 AM Yes. Do you ship internationally or can you supply plans in order for me to have a rack made in Denmark? Posted by Steveindenmark 05/12/2010 12:29:47 PM We can ship internationally, although it would be expensive. Is a double carrier available yet? I just bought a second trike for myself this afternoon :-) Posted by Ken 05/27/2010 08:14:22 PM It appears Davert is not persuing a double carrier. If interested, we can build one.
