Pros:
Fairly inexpensive.

Lightweight.

Easily and securely mounts anywhere without tools.

Very bright, visible even during the day.

Unique mount allows you to quickly disconnect the light from the mount and then you can remount vertically or horizontally.

Intuitive single button operation.

Several modes:
0. Off
1. Constant On
2. Scanner
3. Random Flashes
4. Blink
You can turn the light on or switch modes by depressing the button a single time. To switch off, depress and hold button for five seconds. The software remembers the setting you were on when you turned the light off so, when you switch back on from off you will be at the same mode you were using before you turned it off.

Cons...
AAA batteries (Not ideal, but it does make for a slim and lightweight light.)

To turn the light off you have to hold in the button for a full five seconds. This is mildly of annoying. Three seconds would have been better.
